"Desperate for Genuine Customer Support!"
Heads up, shoppers! I just got robbed today at Trader Joe's in Philadelphia, PA. The management's response was to blame me instead of their security! What a kick in the gut. I won't be coming back anytime soon; shame on you for your customer service approach. The icing on the cake was how they treated my husband last summer while he was waiting for me at the front. He couldn't walk through the store due to a back injury and was accused of loitering while I was shopping. After what happened today, all I can say is wow! Not exactly friendly and zero care for customers. Thanks, TJ.

"Careless Customer Service at Trader Joe's in Wayne, NJ"
Trader Joe's in Wayne, NJ. I reached out to customer service to hold an everything bagel for me. The staff member said, 'No need, there’s lots available.' But 30 minutes later, I couldn’t spot any, so I headed back to customer service. The employee there couldn’t provide any answers. I was really bummed driving out late on a rainy night and couldn’t grab what I was after.

"So many TJ items I love, but this one? No way!"
I can’t say enough good things about many TJ items. However, I got tricked this time. Their Rib Eye is just a terrible cut. The fat never turns into anything you can actually eat, and the meat feels like an old shoe. TJ was asking 13.99 per pound, while Wegmans and Stew Leonard's just down the street were charging 16.99 and 17.99, respectively. The Rib Eye from both Weg and SL is WAY better. Plus, TJ doesn’t even mention where the beef comes from. That’s it for me in the TJ beef aisle.

"Disappointing Watermelon Jerky Experience"
This review focuses solely on the watermelon jerky. During my vacation, I made a trip to Trader Joe's since there's no location where I live. Generally, I really enjoy their products, but there are a couple of items I’d recommend steering clear of. First up is the watermelon jerky. Honestly, it’s one of the worst purchases I’ve made at Trader Joe's. It’s just terrible! The taste is stale, the flavor is off, the texture is weird, and it even had a slightly damp feel. Totally gross. Another item to avoid is the pre-cut fruit in containers. I grabbed four of those, and when we opened them, they smelled like they were already going bad. Oddly enough, they looked fine. The fresh whole fruit, however, was perfectly good. Just a heads up, this was at the Trader Joe's in the San Jose area.

"Disappointing Frozen Tacos"
The mini beef tacos and the frozen Mini Chicken tacos are just awful. I've never encountered such a poor experience before. The 'meat' inside feels like a molded chunk of paste. I couldn't even get through one of either kind. Ended up tossing both boxes. I bought them hoping for a snack while watching the 49er/Eagles game. But hey, I do enjoy the samosas!

"TRADER JOE TOKEN ON AVAX CHAIN: A TOTAL DISASTER"
AS OF NOW, TRADER JOE TOKEN IS PERFORMING TERRIBLY DURING THIS BTC BULL MARKET, AND IT'S RAISING A LOT OF EYEBROWS. IT'S ALSO SPARKING MORE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE AVALANCHE CHAIN; AVALANCHE MIGHT TAKE A BIG HIT BECAUSE OF THE MANIPULATION SURROUNDING TRADER JOE TOKEN. I URGE EVERYONE TO BE AWARE OF WHAT'S BEEN GOING ON WITH THIS TOKEN AND STAY VIGILANT. CHECK OUT THE CHART FROM THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS TO SEE THE MANIPULATION AT PLAY. SERIOUSLY, PROTECT YOUR HARD-EARNED CASH.

"Trader Joe's at the Tower Shops in Davie, FL"
For the last five years, Trader Joe's in Davie, Florida has been my go-to grocery spot. My biggest issue is that it's getting busier, so I steer clear of weekends. I grab a bunch of organic items at reasonable prices. One thing I really appreciate is how fresh the produce is, plus the packaged goods have expiration dates that are easy to see. I notice their prices are way lower than a lot of other grocery places, though some items, like those Costco rotisserie chickens, can be pricier. Just last Tuesday, they were out of frozen salmon with mint risotto. I inquired about when they’d restock, and a manager offered to take my number to notify me when they arrived. He called me the very next day, and they had set aside four salmon dinners for me. I really wish I had known about this service earlier!

"Quality of produce and plants is lacking"
The quality of the produce and plants just ain't up to par. I've seen a drop in both over the last year. Don't let those cheap prices trick you!

"No Guac for Us Tonight"
Picked up a bag of small Haas avocados on a Monday; just the two of us, and that’s usually enough. They’ve been tasty before. My partner sliced them open two days later, and every single one was mushy and spoiled (check out the pic). I got the blame for not checking their freshness; maybe they got frozen on the way to the store: felt solid in the bag, but now they’re destined for the compost bin.

Had to munch on the TJ Elote Dippers by myself... We’ll manage, but buyer beware, right?

More quality control, please.

"Frustration at Trader Joe's"
This morning, like I do every week, I made the trek to Trader Joe's for some flowers, specifically gladiolas. Lately, I've noticed that the store has been reducing the flower selection and jacking up the prices from $5.99 to $7.99.

When I got there today, the gladiolas looked like they were on their last legs! They were all drooping, and the tops were in terrible shape, like they’d been in a vase for weeks without proper care. To my surprise, they weren’t even in water!

I asked for the manager, John Grey, who’s been around since I started shopping there two years ago. He’s never once smiled or said thank you, always looking like he’s got a cloud over his head. Today really showed how little he cares!

When he finally emerged from the back, he helped a cashier while I stood there waiting. Then he approached me and said, "Yeah, how can I help you?"

I pointed out the poor condition of the flowers and mentioned that I traveled quite a distance to get them.

He replied, "Yeah, we don’t put them in water so they won’t bloom." Seriously?!

I reminded him that they used to be in water, and I always had to use the plastic liners from the floral section.

He said, "I’ll have to ask the person who takes care of the flowers..." and then yelled to a cashier about whether they put them in water. She shouted back, "We don’t put them in water so that they won’t bloom!"

I insisted that the flowers were nearly dead because they were NOT IN WATER. Just then, John cut me off, probably to keep others from hearing, and said, "Well, that’s all we have!" Then he just walked away!

Not a single "I’m sorry" or "Thanks for letting me know." He’s just a self-centered, rude guy who doesn’t care how he acts in front of his staff, setting a bad example for them.

It’s bad enough that prices have gone up and the selection has shrunk. This is just unacceptable! I’m going to share this complaint so others know about his rudeness.

Over the past year, my family and I have called to complain about the unfriendly cashiers who don’t even greet us. They chat among themselves and treat us like we’re invisible, only there to hand over our cash. Not even a simple thank you or have a nice day!

John Grey and his fellow managers have been flying under the radar with their careless, selfish attitudes, mistreating the very customers who keep their business running: US!

Please do something about how these managers are setting a poor example for their employees when it comes to being indifferent and unprofessional toward us.

The flowers at this store are unacceptable. They’re ripping us off while charging us. If you don’t want the flowers to bloom before selling them, why should we buy them only to return with a receipt because they wilted too quickly?! More gas, more time wasted, and no one at that store seems to care! Do you at corporate?!

We want an apology and expect someone in corporate to address this bad behavior from managers like John Grey. If nothing changes, I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB. It’s not right to be taken advantage of just because no one is paying attention. We are!

"Rude Encounter with a Cashier"
As I was about to check out, I suddenly remembered I needed some bullion cubes. I spotted a cashier about 10 meters away and asked her, "Do you have bullion cubes?" She replied with a confused "What?" So, I raised my voice a bit, repeating, "Do you have bullion cubes?" Her reaction was quite sharp as she snapped, "Don't yell at me!" I replied, "I didn’t yell at you, I yelled to you!" But she just kept insisting, "Don’t yell at me."

I found this whole situation really inappropriate and quite passive aggressive on her part. Maybe she thought she could push around an older person... or perhaps she was just having a rough day. Still, there’s no excuse for being rude and passive aggressive. It takes me back to when I worked at my Uncle's drug store. I was once rude to a customer and got fired for it. Best thing that ever happened to me—taught me a lesson about accountability. Nowadays, it seems like people rarely face consequences for their actions, and accountability is just a thing of the past.

"Accused of Wanting Free Groceries"
I had a really unpleasant experience with three managers who were downright rude. They acted like they knew it all and insisted I couldn't leave with my groceries unless I paid up. They struggled to run my card and wouldn't even bother to call someone who could help with the payment. Instead, they just threw insults my way and acted all high and mighty. When they hinted that I was trying to get groceries for free, I was just shocked. It's crucial for all managers to go through training to ensure it doesn't seem like people of color are being unfairly targeted. Not once did they say sorry to me.

"Unexpected Kindness at Trader Joe's"
Today, I encountered a lovely act of kindness at Trader Joe's in Wellington, Florida. My cashier, Nancy, noticed I wasn't feeling too great. She inquired about my well-being, and I explained that I had surgery on Monday and just came from a follow-up with my doctor, needing a few things. Then, she asked one of her coworkers to fetch a small bouquet of flowers, which she kindly handed to me, wishing for my speedy recovery. Another associate, Clyde, helped bag my items and even took my packages to the car. Big thanks to Trader Joe's for having such thoughtful and caring staff!

"We Need It Back!"
I can't believe Trader Joe's has stopped selling Soymilk ice cream in Vanilla and Chocolate Cherry flavors. There are plenty of us who really love it. Seriously, we need it back! It's just not the same without it. Please, Trader Joe's, bring it back for all the fans out here!

Trader Joe's Q&A

Please everyone should be careful and stop being deceived by all these brokers and account managers, they scammed me over $50,000 of my investment capital, they kept on requesting for extra funds before a withdrawal request can be accepted and processed, in the end, I lost all my money. All efforts to reach out to their customer support desk had declined, I found it very hard to move on. God so kind I followed a broadcast that teaches on how scammed victims can recover their fund, I contacted the email provided for consultation, jamesgroup86@gmail.com. I got feedback after some hours and I was asked to provide all legal details concerning my investment, I did exactly what they instructed me to do without delay, to my greatest surprise I was able to recover my money back including my profit which my capital generated. I said I will not hold this to myself but share it to the public so that all scammed victims can get their funds back.
